I FURTHER WARRANT THAT I AM PHYSICALLY SOUND TO COMPETE AND HEREBY, FOR MYSELF, MY HEIRS, EXECUTORS AND ADMINISTRATORS AND ASSIGNEES, WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES which I might have against Colgate-Palmolive Company, the City of New York, The Atoms Track Club, Pratt Institute, Madison Square Garden, Radio City Productions, LLC, their owners and partners and any of their directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assignees rising out of or relating to my participation or attendance at said meets and I authorize you and those authorized by you to use and reproduce my picture(s), likeness(es), image(s), and name worldwide in all forms and media for all uses, noncommercial, and commercial (such as publicity and advertising), without limit as to time or frequency and to quote me in such uses, and I waive the right to approve said use or reproduction or any copy that may be used in conjunction
