All finalists must submit an essay to the Meet Director in order to be eligible to compete at the finals. Once you know you are a finalist, after the semi-finals competition is complete, you have one week to complete this brief essay: In 150 words of less, please describe: "What are three things you can do when you, or someone you know is being bullied." Submit this essay to the Awards table on January 28th at Madison Square Garden.
